Jeffrey M. Lechner, 63, of Beeman Hollow Road, Addison, passed away suddenly at his home on Monday, August 12, 2024.
Jeff was born in Corning, NY on June 29, 1961 to the late Gordon R. and Pearl L. Culbertson Lechner. Raised in Addison, he attended Addison Central School.
Jeff worked many years as a self-employed painter. He later was employed as a grounds keeper at Indian Hills Golf Course, the Corning Country Club and Pinnacle State Park. Jeff enjoyed hunting, fishing and sharing an occasional cold drink with friends and family.
Jeff is survived by his siblings, Gordon Lechner Jr. (Debra Wheeler) of Addison, Thomas Lechner of Addison, Kathleen Morseman and Mona Doody (Glenn Sullivan) of Addison, along with several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gordon and Pearl Lechner, his sister, Mary Strait and brother, Robert Lechner.
There will be no services scheduled at this time.
Arrangements are with the H.P. Smith & Son Funeral Home in Woodhull, NY.
